WRAP AROUND CARE

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club is open daily from 07.30am to 08.30am. Cereal, toast and juice are provided and a variety of activities are organized in a happy and safe environment.

After School Club

The Club is open from 3:15pm to 5:10pm. The After School Club provides a variety of fun activities.

ADMISSIONs

The school admits new pupils in accordance with Powys Education Authority’s Policy. Children are admitted to school full time in the September following their fourth birthday (if parents so wish). Before a child can be moved from another school parents are expected to complete a form and send it to the authority's Admissions department. You are welcome to contact the school to discuss this further or to arrange a meeting.

Before starting in Ysgol Dafydd Llwyd, Parents are invited to the school to meet the Headteacher and teaching staff, to have a tour of the school and in order to share information about the day to day running of the school. As part of this meeting, prospective pupils are invited to spend some time in the classroom so that they can settle in and meet new friends. We have a strong relationship with the Cylch Meithrin and other local pre-school settings and invite them into school at different times throughout the Summer Term.
